HOW does magnetic treatment
of water work?
Strong magnetic field changes the physico-chemical properties
of water. Calcium and magnesium silicates and carbonates can
no longer precipitate to form hard scale on the pipeline surface.
Instead, they crystallize into the form of fine sludge that
can be washed away by the water flow.
Magnetically treated water coming in contact with the hard scale
partly dissolves it, and also disintegrates the deposit into
a fine dredge that can be filtered out with standard mechanical
filters.
MMT hydromultipoles® can be also integrated into
the chemical demineraliztion technology. Our tests show that
in this case the lifetime of chemical filters increases by a
factor of 1.5-2. This also allows to solve several ecological
problems.
Corrosion of pipelines and boilers is also reduced due to a
magnetite film formation on the pipeline surface. Such film
prevents the destructive influence of aggressive gases dissolved
in water.
