The experienced team of the MMT Company specialists has a solid scientific and engineering background in the field of research and production of rare earth permanent magnets and magnetic systems. This enables our Company to perform a wide spectrum of research and development (R&D) work in the following fields, according to the requirements of the Customer:

• in material research of hard magnetic alloys based on rare earth metals in order to create materials with a given combination of their magnetic properties and operating performance. Research reports and technical specifications can be presented as a result of such R&D work.
  
• in technology of permanent magnet production in order to develop the technological processes, production modes and regimes. Specific and substantiated recommendations can be worked out concerning an upgrade or replacement of the equipment currently used by the Customer. Complete sets of technological specifications complying with the highest standards can be the issue of such R&D work.
  
• in development of magnetic systems, elements or ready products based on permanent magnets (not only the rare earth magnets), starting with computer simulation and going all the way to the test and production samples with a given set of operating performance. The products are provided with the required set of technical documentation. Our specialists can also participate in setup and tuning of these products at the Customer's production site.

The experts from our Company can perform a study and an expert evaluation of the different samples of permanent magnets. This can be made with an aim of further reproduction of these samples either by MMT Company or at the Customer's facilities. Necessary modifications of the product cycle can be developed in order to make most use of the existing technological equipment.

The experts from the MMT Company can assist in development of a new facility for the production of permanent magnets, including creation of a business plan, estimation of the existing production site, development of a technological plan and recommendations for energy supply (electrical power and water supply, sewerage system, ventilation, etc.). Cooperation with leading engineering companies can be used to perform the design study and starting-in work.
